It is advisable to have a number of extra SIM cards in case a new user joins the company, a telephone gets lost etc. When your stock of SIM cards is almost used up, you can request new SIM cards via the portal.
- Open the portal using https://my.dstny.be. You’ll find more information about logging in here.
- Via the left-hand menu, go to
- Self-service
- UC & Mobile
- Request SIM cards
- Click on “+request SIM cards” at the bottom right.
- Enter the mandatory details and check the delivery address.
- Click on “+Send request”
You will normally receive the SIM cards within 3 working days after submitting the request. If you have not received your SIM cards after this period, just let us know at customer-delivery@dstny.be of on +32 2 401 97 00 (option 4).
