Is your device broken?
Then check when you bought it. No idea any more? Send an email to support@dstny.be and we will check it for you.
- Is your device still under warranty? Then we will send you a new one anyway.
- Is your device no longer under warranty but you would still like to replace it? Your account manager (reachable via MyDstny) will take the necessary steps and provide you with a new device. You can then choose:
- Either we send the device directly to you (plug-and-play installation).
- Or we can send a technician to install the device for you.
