Tracking invoices and usage

Your invoice is sent by email, but you can also download your mobile invoice from the portal at any time. You can also check and track the details of usage per user.

Overview of invoices

 

  • Open the portal using https://my.dstny.be. You’ll find more information about logging in here.
  • Via the left-hand menu, go to
    • Administration
    • My Invoices

Here you will find an overview of your Dstny invoices and their payment status.

Download invoice and usage overview

  • Using the two icons after every invoice, you can:
  • Download an invoice in PDF (overview)  

    • Button

    • Download an invoice in Excel (CDRs). These are the details of your billing per user and therefore of usage.
