Once you have installed the application on your computer (see: Installing the ConnectMe softphone on your computer) or activated it in your web browser (see: Activate the ConnectMe softphone via your web browser), you can also customize your audio and media devices.
Go to settings and choose 'Select media devices'. Do you get a warning to approve your browser? Then check the site preferences.
